order processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. If a payment/order confirmation is not received within this time frame, message us through the form located in the “contact” tab. In the message be sure to include full name and email address used for the order.

Shipping

For non pre-order items, please allow an additional 5-10 business days, aside from processing time, for your item to ship and arrive to you. A tracking number will be sent to you once the shipping label has been created.

For pre-sale items please be advised that orders are expected to ship out 3-4 weeks after the order has been processed.

Benevolent Flow is not responsible for items once they have been shipped out.

Benevolent Flow is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Double check any addresses input when making orders, as orders returned back to sender will not be sent back out.
